Responsibilities

• Develops and implements HR strategies that support the firm's overall business objectives
• Oversee and refine employee standards and procedures
• Manages compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and meet employee needs
• ABIP 401(k) administration
• Regulatory compliance
• Open enrollment setup and implementation
• Contributes to fostering a positive and productive workplace culture
• Manage the hiring and onboarding process
• Ensure compliance with national and local HR regulations by conducting investigations and maintaining records
• Identify and recommend improvements to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale building

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in human resources
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of national and local HR regulations
• Experience working in public accounting or professional services environment highly preferred
• Prior experience with isolved HCM platform highly preferred
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
• Adept at conflict resolution
• Leadership and management skills
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies
• Familiarity with HR technology and systems
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
