Job summary

swipeJobs is looking for a Recruiter to drive growth in the Country Club Hills, IL market. You’ll recruit and onboard employees for the facility and partner with managers to understand staffing needs.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in English and Spanish, with prior recruitment experience and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is expected; ATS experience is a plus. Schedule: 5am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays paid as overtime.

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently in branch office

Schedule: 5am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday *Some Saturdays work- paid overtime

Pay Range: $27/hr + benefits (Plans offered: 401K, medical/dental/vision/disability/accidental/life insurance)
