A leading restoration and construction company in Grapevine is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support team members and strengthen the organization. The role requires 5+ years of HR management experience, ideally in restoration or construction, and a Bachelor's degree or HR certification. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) and possesses strong analytical skills, with the ability to lead within a rapidly growing environment. 5+ years of HR management experience within restoration or construction.
Experience building HR operations in growing or mid-sized companies.
Strong working knowledge of HR best practices and employment law.
Experience building HR operations in a growing, fast-scaling company.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law and compliance.
Hands-on, adaptable leadership with strategic and tactical abilities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR leader at the Grapevine location.
Oversee all core HR functions, including onboarding and employee relations.
Develop scalable HR infrastructure and streamline processes.
Develop scalable HR infrastructure; streamline processes and hire additional HR team members, including a recruiter.
Lead daily HR operations and contribute to long‑term HR strategy.
Oversee recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, compliance and policy development.
Partner with leadership on performance management and workforce planning.
Evaluate existing processes and implement new tools or systems to support growth.
Build and mentor the HR team as the department expands.

Key Responsibilities

This role is fully onsite at the company’s Grapevine location and will serve as the primary HR leader with responsibility for building out processes, policies, and future HR team structure
