Job summary

HVMG - Hospitality Ventures Management Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions across our hospitality portfolio. You will drive recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance while partnering with hotel leadership to foster a positive culture and support team member growth.

You will manage HR staff, develop policies, and ensure a seamless employee experience.

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related role.

Job description

As the Human Resources Manager, you will lead all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance. You’ll serve as a strategic partner to hotel leadership, fostering a positive work culture and supporting team member growth and engagement. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, HR expertise, and a commitment to organizational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the champion of our hotel's most valuable asset: our employees, ensuring a positive and supportive work environment.
• Your daily tasks will include managing HR staff, overseeing recruitment and employee relations, and developing training programs and policies.
• You will report to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
• A career as a director of human resources can lead to opportunities in various executive-level roles within the hospitality industry, such as regional HR director, vice president of HR, or even corporate-level positions.

Education & Experience

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience
• Previous experience in a similar or related position

• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
