Job summary

HVMG in the United States is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with policies and employment laws. This role reports to the Director of Human Resources.

You’ll be the go-to resource for hotel staff, helping to foster a positive work environment, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• A college degree or two years of hotel experience.
• Previous experience in a similar or related position.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed.

Pay Rate $24/$25 an hr

Key Responsibilities

• You will be the go-to resource for our hotel's employees, ensuring their needs are met and fostering a positive work environment.
• Your daily tasks will include assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and maintaining HR records.
• You will report to the Director of Human Resources or HR Manager.
• A career as an HR generalist can lead to opportunities in various roles within the hospitality industry, such as HR manager, director of human resources, or even a corporate-level HR position.

Education & Experience

• Previous experience in a similar or related position
