The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning human resources strategies with organizational goals. This role provides HR guidance, supports workforce planning, drives employee engagement, and ensures consistent application of HR policies, programs, and practices. The HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to leadership while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

What you will experience in this position:
  • Manage HR staff, coaching team members, and being responsible for day-to-day HR operations.
  • Serve as an advisor to leaders and employees on employee relations matters, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support workforce planning initiatives including talent acquisition, leadership planning, and retention strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support related to employee discipline, investigations, and conflict resolution while maintaining compliance with company policies and employment laws.
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent Development, Benefits, etc.) to implement HR programs and initiatives.
  • Support management efforts related to organizational restructures, process improvements, and cultural initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
  • Ensure consistent and compliant application of HR policies, procedures, and employment practices.
  • Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment in handling employee relations matters and advising leadership.
Working Conditions:
  • Desk in a regular office setting but exposure to a manufacturing environment, including noise, moving equipment, and varying temperatures when on the production floor (with required personal protective equipment).
  • Onsite position with standard business hours; occasional need for extended hours, evenings, or weekends as required by operational demands.
  • Occasional travel to another facility or to offsite meetings.
You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive human resources experience, including experience partnering with business leaders.
  • 5-7+ years strongly preferred.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
  • Experience in employee relations, employment law, performance management, and organizational development are strongly preferred.
