IWCO Direct - INSTANT WEB, LLC in Minnesota seeks an experienced HR Manager to partner with leaders, support day-to-day HR operations, and drive a responsive employee experience across manufacturing and corporate teams.
You will lead an HR team, handle employee relations, leave management, workforce planning, and talent processes while using data to improve service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
As an HR Manager, you will be a trusted partner to leaders and employees across assigned business areas, helping create a consistent, responsive, and engaging employee experience. This role combines hands‑on HR partnership with team leadership, supporting day‑to‑day operations, employee relations, leave management, workforce planning, talent processes, and continuous improvement. You will help leaders solve people‑related challenges, develop HR team members, use data to improve service delivery, and support both multi‑shift manufacturing operations and corporate business teams in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
In this role, you will lead assigned HR team members, provide guidance on priorities and coverage, and serve as an escalation point for HR support across shifts and functions.
The starting salary range for this position is $90K-$140K.
At IWCO, base pay is determined by job‑related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, along with factors such as role scope and location.
