We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager based in California to oversee our HR operations across the corporate office, manufacturing facilities, and multi-state branches. This role ensures legal compliance, supports managers and employees, and helps drive key HR programs as the organization grows. Wei-Chuan U.S.A., Inc. operates manufacturing facilities in California and Tennessee, along with branch locations across California, Texas, Illinois, Georgia, and New Jersey.
This is an exempt administrative position under California law (Labor Code §515). The successful candidate will spend the majority of working time exercising independent judgment and discretion on significant HR matters — including California regulatory compliance and employee relations strategy.

Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate of the base salary range the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position upon hire, as required by California law. Actual offered base salary will depend on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
Bonus: This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus of up to $10,000, subject to Company and individual performance.
