We are seeking a strategic, hands‑on and solutions-oriented Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead HR and workplace support operations for a business unit within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role serves as a trusted HR partner to business leaders and managers, providing guidance on complex employee matters, including workplace investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution and policy interpretation. The Senior HR Generalist is responsible for managing a broad range of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, compliance, training and HR systems.
In addition, this role oversees workplace and administrative support activities, including office support functions to drive effective site operations and a positive employee experience. The successful candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who builds effective relationships, exercises sound judgement and balances strategic HR initiatives with hands‑on operational support.
Pay Range: $85,000 - $120,000/year
