Human Resources Manager – Investment Firm | Boston | $125K+ Bonus

A prestigious investment firm in Boston is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join their high-performing team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys being hands-on across all areas of HR. The ideal candidate will bring strong payroll experience and a well-rounded HR background. This role is fully onsite, five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding
