Principal Responsibilities: The Learning and Development Specialist (L&D Specialist) is responsible for administering and facilitating work-related learning and development programs to improve individual skills or organizational performance. This includes designing and delivering classroom and web-based training, organizing training logistics, managing the learning management system, and coordinating operational activities to ensure the successful design and execution of learning programs and projects.

The Specialist collaborates closely with internal stakeholders and HR team members to provide training and development for Carter BloodCare (CBC) employees. Responsibilities also include implementing business and HR programs, creating and conducting training sessions, seeking process improvements, and supporting employee engagement. The role requires exemplifying CBC Core Values and HR service standards, performing various training initiatives including face-to-face and virtual interactions, and maintaining professional appearance and attendance during office hours.
