Now hiring for a temporary Bilingual Remote HR Compliance Specialist!

This is a temporary position working fully remote.

Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm PST

Pay : $20.00 / hour

Responsibilities :

• Completing and auditing I9s
• Reviewing documentation and understanding of what is acceptable
• Review and reverify employment authorization cards and temporary protected statuses
• Work on special projects as needed

Qualifications :

• 1+ year of experience completing and auditing I9's
• General Human Resources employment practices, legal documentation, and best practices
• MS Office and related applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Oral and written communication (bilingual English and Spanish required)
