Job summary

Biodesix, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Intern to gain hands-on experience supporting a range of HR functions while collaborating with the HR team.

This internship offers exposure to HR operations, recruiting, compensation analysis, and employee-focused projects in a collaborative business environment. Throughout the summer, you’ll contribute to meaningful initiatives, learn from HR professionals, and develop skills that support a future career in Human Resources or business.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• Rising Junior or Senior standing by Summer 2027.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of team members and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in Human Resources, recruiting, employee experience, or business operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day Human Resources administrative activities.
• Assist with recruiting and talent acquisition projects.
• Participate in compensation and market data analysis projects.
• Help coordinate and complete HR team initiatives and special projects.
• Shadow HR professionals to gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources.
• Meet with business leaders and people managers to learn how HR supports organizational success.
• Contribute to project work and present findings or recommendations as applicable.
