Opengate is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support the Human Resources department with day-to-day operations and special projects. This internship offers hands‑on experience in a nonprofit healthcare and human services environment, providing exposure to talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance, and employee relations. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Internship programs commonly provide exposure to multiple HR functions while supporting recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, and employee engagement.
