Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor & Industrial Relations, Organization Development, or related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate HR partners to analyze data and improve processes.
