What You'll Do

• Intern Engagement:Brainstorm and create engaging activities for the internship program.
• Program Implementation:Actively contribute to the implementation of company initiatives and programs.
• Collaboration & Communication:Collaborate with a team of experienced HR professionals to manage communications, training, and engagement efforts.
• Recruitment Strategy Development:Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the 2027 internship program while ensuring the strategy aligns with the company’s goals.
• Program Evaluation & Analysis:Gather and analyze feedback and research to identify trends and to evaluate the effectiveness of various HR programs.
• Innovation & Process Improvement:Share innovative ideas to improve our processes and drive efficiency, including leveraging technology to streamline operations.
