• Program Implementation: help implement company HR initiatives.
• Collaboration & Communication: work with HR team on communications, training and engagement.
• Recruitment Strategy Development: assist in creating a plan for 2027 internship recruitment.
• Program Evaluation & Analysis: collect feedback and measure program outcomes.
• Innovation & Process Improvement: suggest ideas to streamline HR processes and use tech effectively.
