Job summary

Lithionics Battery, a leading U.S. manufacturer of premium lithium-ion battery systems, seeks a Human Resources Intern in Sarasota, FL.

This role offers hands-on experience under direct HR leadership and exposure to recruiting, onboarding, policy development, HRIS projects, and employee communications. You will contribute to real projects, gain practical HR skills, and work in a fast‑growing manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting activities, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Help organize employee events, recognition activities, and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with HR projects related to new policy creation and implementation, new HRIS system projects, etc.
• Maintain employee records and HR data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Create presentations, reports, and employee communication materials.
• Conduct research on HR trends, programs, and best practices.
• Support day‑to‑day HR operations and special projects.
