Job summary

Pipestone in Kentucky is seeking an HR Intern to gain real-life experience while supporting our mission of helping farmers. This part-time role offers exposure to recruiting processes and program development in a collaborative office environment.

You will assist with recruiting activities across locations, help develop an internship program and orientation for new hires, and coordinate meetings and interviews with the HR team.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or something similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excited about AI and new technology.

Responsibilities

• Support in recruiting activities for various locations.
• Help to develop an exciting internship program as well as new-employee orientations.
• Assist with the various projects as directed by VP Of Human Resources.
• Schedule meetings and interviews as requested by the Human Resources team.
