Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist with onboarding and orientation, including preparing materials and supporting the onboarding process
  • Maintain and organize employee and temporary records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
  • Help track and maintain HR metrics, such as attendance, turnover, and hiring data
  • Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and recordkeeping
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned
