Job summary

Porsche Cars North America invites students and recent graduates to join as an HR Intern, providing support on strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR projects. You will contribute to compliance, reporting, mobility, and recruiting tasks within a collaborative, multicultural environment.

The internship offers exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, HR analytics, and cross-functional teamwork, with a March 2027–September 2027 duration and an hourly pay range of $18–$20.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business with focus on Human Resources, Human Capital, Organizational Leadership, or comparable study.
• Prior internships in corporate environments preferred.
• Experience using SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS would be ideal.

Job description

Position Objective

Porsche Cars North America Internship opportunities are designed to promote both career development and functional expertise for the intern, as well as to complete project-related and day-to-day support for the department. The intern will support the Human Resources department on specific HR strategic initiatives and various projects proposed by the HR department.

Tasks

The hourly range for this role is $18-$20.

Assignment duration

March 2027- September 2027

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide tactical department support towards the achievement organizational objectives
• Assist with the management of off boarding processes
• Assist with HR Compliance Projects
• Assist with all HR reporting facets including creating and running ad-hoc reports and dashboards
• Assist with administrative support and other ad hoc HR related projects as assigned
• Assist with the global mobility support for FSE’s
• Assist the recruiting team with various duties and tasks

Qualifications

Education

• Recent graduate or Junior/Senior currently attaining Bachelor’s Degree in Business with focus on Human Resources, Human Capital, Organizational Leadership, or comparable study is required
• Previous Internships in Corporate environments preferred
• Previous experience using SAP SuccessFactors or other HR Information Systems would be ideal

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
• While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to effectively work and complete tasks in an open office/noisy environment
