Pikemann is seeking an HRIS Specialist to drive HRIS/Workday configuration, data migration, and integration efforts during a complex ERP implementation.

The role blends HR process knowledge with system configuration, ensuring data integrity and cross‑functional collaboration. You will translate HR needs into scalable solutions and support go‑live and post‑go‑live activities.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years HRIS configuration/implementation in complex environments.
• Broad HR process knowledge across hire‑to‑retire, compensation, time & absence, benefits, and recruiting.
• Hands-on Workday experience (security, reporting, calculated fields, EIBs).

Responsibilities

• Configure and validate HRIS HCM modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Compensation, Talent/Performance, Recruiting, Benefits).
• Partner with HR, Business Analysts, Data Architects, and implementation teams to align system design with HR policies.
• Drive requirements gathering, fit‑gap analysis, and document configuration decisions.
• Lead testing cycles (unit, UAT, regression), defect triage, and sign‑off.
• Support data migration, integrations and ensure audit readiness.
• Deliver training, SOPs, and knowledge articles for HR operations and end‑users.
• Support post go‑live, resolving issues and implementing sustainable fixes.

Contract: 18–24 Month

Seattle, WA (Hybrid: First 90 days onsite, then 2–3 days/week)
