Human Resources Information System Specialist

LHH is seeking a HRIS Analyst for a nonprofit client in Downtown Los Angeles.

Job Title: HR Analyst (Contract to Hire)

Pay: $29-33 per hour

Base pay range: $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Manage reporting in Dayforce Ceridian, including pulling all employee reports and program-specific reports.
• Manage filters and modules in Dayforce.
• Assist with audits and work closely with the Chief of Compliance.
• Assist with creating DocuSign templates.
• Manage SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Keep the electronic filing system updated and clean.

Must-Haves:

• HRIS and reporting database experience.
• Experience with Dayforce Ceridian.
• Knowledge of electronic filing systems.
• Non-profit experience is a huge plus.
