Job description

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Consultant to support an upcoming project centered on performance management, compensation, and succession planning. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in technology enablement and have hands-on experience with Leapsome, a performance management platform. This does require 4 days onsite in Newport Besch, CA.

What You Will Work On

  • Calibrate existing goal-setting processes and provide additional training, teach-ins, and support for employees to track 2025 goals.
  • Develop a 2025 Performance Review module.
  • Create a 2025/2026 Talent Calibration and Succession Planning module.
  • Train ACG HR to take over Leapsome administration by year-end 2025.
  • Enhance Talent Calibration and Succession Planning processes, including tracking and reporting. Integrate goal tracking data and Performance Review data into a comprehensive Talent and Succession Planning exercise module.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s or master's degree
  • Leapsome experience is a MUST
  • Proven experience in benefits administration and employee support in large, complex organizations
  • Experience in High-Volume Environments:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR processes in large organizations or multiple entities.
  • Experience in guiding organizations through transitions and implementing new systems.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes
  • Expertise in goal setting, performance reviews, talent calibration, and succession planning.
  • Training and Development: Ability to provide training, teach-ins, and support to employees and HR teams.
  • Project Management: Proven track record of managing HR projects, including module development and process improvement.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather, analyze, and report on goal tracking and performance review data.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively train and support staff.
  • Technology Enablement: Strong background in leveraging technology to enhance HR processes.
What You Can Expect
  • Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
  • Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
  • Pay Range: $70-$85/hr.
