Job summary

Russell Tobin is seeking a Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant to support design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Workday HCM solutions in an Agile environment. The role focuses on Core HCM and requires collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to optimize HR processes. This is a 4-month W2 contract with hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5+ years of Workday experience.
• Hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM.
• Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring, and testing Workday solutions.
• Strong stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, refine, and document Workday HCM requirements with business stakeholders.
• Configure, enhance, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality.
• Translate business requirements into functional Workday solutions and scalable designs.
• Configure and support Workday Business Processes, workflows, and business rules.
• Coordinate UAT, issue tracking, validation, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to support product delivery.
• Provide functional support and guidance related to the Workday Business Process Framework.
• Support process improvement, automation, release planning, and production support.

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant for a 4-month W2 contract position in Minneapolis, MN/Charlotte, NC.

Workday HCM Product Solutions Consultant

Location:

Minneapolis, MN/Charlotte, NC – Hybrid (60% onsite)

Pay:

$65/ to $71 per hour on W2

Role Overview:

The HR Product team is seeking an experienced Workday HCM professional to support the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Workday HCM solutions within an Agile environment. The role will focus primarily on Workday Core HCM and partnering with HR and business stakeholders to improve and automate HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, refine, and document Workday HCM requirements with business stakeholders.
• Configure, enhance, and optimize Workday Core HCM functionality.
• Translate business requirements into functional Workday solutions and scalable designs.
• Configure and support Workday Business Processes, workflows, and business rules.
• Coordinate UAT, issue tracking, validation, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to support product delivery.
• Provide functional support and guidance related to the Workday Business Process Framework.

Required Qualifications:

• Workday reporting, security, and Jira.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
