Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as a trusted advisor and mediator to resolve workplace conflicts and grievances.
• Develop and lead initiatives to boost employee morale, satisfaction, and retention.
• Understand and uphold the highest levels of confidentiality

Performance & Development

• Facilitate regular performance appraisal cycles and assist managers with goal setting and improvement plans.
