Great Lakes Water Authority in Detroit, MI seeks a Human Resources Generalist to provide broad HR support across employee levels and serve as contact for inquiries related to labor relations, policy interpretation, and workplace issues.
Responsibilities include investigations, performance and progression enhancements, merit/pay processes, union negotiations, and maintaining HR records within the HRIS; strong communication is key to advising leadership and employees.
$71,654.42 - $118,239.27 (Based on Experience)
The Human Resources Generalist provides a wide range of support to all employee levels within the organization. Serves as the point of contact for all Human Resources inquiries related to employee and labor relations, labor contract and policy interpretation, resolving workplace issues, reviewing and recommending corrective action.
