Med Water Systems is seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, HR program administration, and employee lifecycle activities across Utah and Ohio. The role is onsite at Woods Cross, UT with collaboration across locations.

You will manage recruitment processes, coordinate onboarding and benefits, administer HRIS records, and support performance management and investigations to ensure compliance and employee well-being.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of professional HR generalist or coordinator experience.
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• HR Certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft software; ADP experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Follow applicable legal requirements and government reporting regulations; ensure HR policies, procedures, and reporting remain compliant.
• Run full recruiting for Utah and Ohio locations including managing the ATS, scheduling interviews, participating in interviews, coordinating candidate communication, extending offers, completing preemployment screenings, and creating job files.
• Coordinate with temporary agencies and third-party recruiters as needed.
• Plan and conduct new employee orientation.
• Maintain HR and benefits-related records and employee statistics for government reporting.
• Answer employee and supervisor inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
• Support performance management by guiding supervisors and mediating conflicts.
• Participate in investigations and corrective actions.
• Maintain the performance review program for effectiveness and equity.
• Administer benefits programs including life, health, dental, disability, vacation, sick leave, and leave of absence.
• Partner with Finance on payroll administration and related adjustments.
• Investigate workplace accidents, prepare reports, and coordinate claims.
• Maintain the HRIS; prepare separation notices and conduct exit interviews.

• Participate in investigations and corrective actions
• Maintain the performance review program to support effectiveness, compliance, and internal equity
• Administer benefits programs including life, health, dental, and disability insurance, plus vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and the employee assistance program
• Partner with Finance on payroll administration and related adjustments
• Investigate workplace accidents, prepare reports, maintain files, and coordinate claims
• Maintain the HRIS
• Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation; conduct exit interviews to determine separation reasons

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role
• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• HR Certification (e.g., PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft software; ADP experience is a plus
