Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an HR Generalist to manage employee relations, coach managers, and serve as the HR policy SME. The role requires taking ownership of HR processes and guiding responses in the Service Now system.

The ideal candidate will bring confidential information handling experience and a solid HR foundation to drive consistent, fair practices across the organization. Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field is required.

Job description

• The first couple weeks of training, hours will be M-F, 12-6pm.
• Once trained, hours will be M-F, 4pm-1am with a 1-hour break.
