Job summary

Telligen is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support people, compliance, and employee relations activities that enable our teams to grow successfully. This role will emphasize a positive employee experience and working with managers to apply policies consistently.

You will coordinate training programs, manage LMS data, assist with onboarding, and contribute to HR metrics and reporting to support organizational growth. This is a hands-on, collaborative role within our people team.

  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Assist with onboarding and orientation programs.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as a resource to employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Assists with employee relations matters, including coaching conversations and issue resolution.
  • Supports managers in applying policies and employment practices.
  • Coordinates employee training programs, compliance training, and certifications.
  • Maintains LMS data, onboarding materials, and training reports.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support onboarding and large-scale hiring.
  • Develops HR reports and analyzes metrics to track training effectiveness.

Job description

Telligen is experiencing significant growth and is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support the people, compliance, and employee relations activities that enable our teams to grow successfully. This position will play a critical role in ensuring a positive employee experience as Telligen grows our mission.

What you’ll do:
Employee Relations & HR Support
  • Serves as a resource to employees and managers regarding policies, procedures, and workplace concerns.
  • Assists with employee relations matters, including coaching conversations, workplace concerns, corrective action documentation, and issue resolution.
  • Supports managers in the consistent application of policies and employment practices.
Training & Development Administration
  • Coordinates and administers employee training programs, compliance training, and required certifications.
  • Maintains training records and learning management system (LMS) data to ensure accurate completion tracking and reporting.
  • Assists with new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Supports managers and employees with course enrollment, training schedules, and learning resources.
  • Generates training reports and monitors completion of required training to meet organizational and contractual requirements.
  • Assists in the development and continuous improvement of onboarding and training materials.
Compliance
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Assists with compliance audits, employment documentation reviews, record retention, and regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Assists in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
HR Operations
  • Partners with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to support new hire onboarding and employee integration.
  • Supports large-scale hiring initiatives and workforce expansion projects.
  • Compiles reports and assists with analysis of HR metrics, compliance trends, and training effectiveness.
  • Supports special HR projects associated with organizational growth, change management, and workforce development initiatives.

$55,000 - $70,000 a year
