Weatherford College is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to assist the Executive Director in planning, directing and administering HR processes, and to enter, track and log data in HRIS, TEAMS and Slate while supporting internal and external customers. The position requires an Associate’s Degree and 3 years of HR experience; higher education experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include onboarding, maintaining personnel files, processing benefits and open enrollment, and coordinating

Assists the Executive Director in planning, directing and administering HR processes. Enters, tracks and logs data in the following databases: HRIS , Employees Retirement System, TEAMS (Teacher Retirement System) and Slate (employee training database) assists in the preparation of reports; and assists internal and external customers.

Associates Degree
3 years experience in Human Resources or related field.
Experience in higher education
