Job summary

Salute is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our Data Center Recruiting team and drive international recruitment at scale. You will lead end-to-end candidate activities, partner with Data Center Leaders, and develop world-class recruiting practices.

You will support HR administration, policy guidance, and stakeholder collaboration across Operations, Finance, and HR. This role emphasizes confidentiality, rapid sourcing, and scalable processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience with technical and/or non-technical organizations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient typing speed (50+ wpm).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide innovative, scalable solutions to drive our hiring to meet Data Center businessobjectives
• Design customized and executable recruiting plans while building relationships with the operating team and Data Center clientgroups
• Create innovative sourcing strategies and ensuring a high-touch candidateexperience
• Facilitate and lead meetings and key initiatives and projects with operations team and clientgroups
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to members of the recruiting teams as the rolematures
• Establish andmaintainmeaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g.Operations, Finance, HR, etc.)
• Compile & analyze data and metrics to support business decisions and plans asnecessary
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiriesregardingHR policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Maintainaccurateand up-to-date HR records anddocumentation
• Assistwith various HR projects and initiatives asneeded

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team and drive our relationships with hyperscale clients to new heights.

The Recruiting Team at Salute Mission Critical supports specialized technical hiring across unique mission-critical initiatives and innovative technical solutions. Our teams are responsible for developing and building the human capital that powers our class-leading project delivery, including Data Center, Project Management, Infrastructure Solutions, Network Engineering, Commissioning, Facilities Operations, Structured Maintenance and Security teams.

As an HR Generalist you will be a part of our Data Center Recruiting team and assist with general HR functions contributing to the overall success of our organization. You will be responsible for various HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment and HR administration. Beyond this, you will lead staffing initiatives focused on driving international recruitment at scale. Much of your primary responsibilities will include driving recruitment and/or sourcing through the end-to-end interview process, while working closely with our Data Center Leaders to create world-class recruiting practices and strategy.

The role is a full-time position, and your base salary will be commensurate with experience but is expected to be highly competitive.
