Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, union environments and requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and prevailing wage positions.
• OSHA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance standards.
• Strong negotiation skills for contracts related to benefits administration and vendor relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in supervising HR teams and managing multiple projects with excellent organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences including senior leadership.
• Experience in process improvement initiatives utilizing data collection techniques for strategic decision-making.

• Implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, including talent management.
• Lead recruitment efforts by managing sourcing strategies, managing contracts, conducting preliminary interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.

• Payroll processing initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on change management initiatives, organization design projects, and strategic planning to optimize human capital management practices.

This role involves overseeing all facets of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, *union and collective bargaining agreement management, following prevailing wage, * and organizational development. As a key partner to senior leadership, you will drive strategic HR programs that support business projects and enhance employee experience.
