• Work closely with the HR Advisor and company staff on HR-related programs and tasks.
• Support recruiting activities and help ensure new hires complete the required onboarding steps.
• Serve as an employee advocate and maintain clear communication across the organization.
• Handle recruitment responsibilities including sourcing, interviewing job applicants, and conducting background checks.
• Schedule drug screens and review that appropriate new employee paperwork is completed.
• Conduct new employee orientation.
• Coordinate the performance review process.
• Assist with administering human resources policies and procedures.
• Support Employee Handbook questions.
• Assist managers with issues, performance problems, and complaints.
• Assist with Safety tracking and W/C administration.
• Develop and disseminate internal employee communications.
• Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations.
• Complete other office duties as assigned.
