Liebherr-America, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Generalist I to support HR Business Partners in a fast-paced U.S. environment.
The role covers administration for workforce management, recruiting, benefits, payroll, training and employee records, with opportunities for growth in core HR functions. The ideal candidate has a related Bachelor's degree and 1–3 years of HR experience, familiarity with SuccessFactors and ADP is preferred, and travel may be required.
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for supporting and assisting the Human Resources Business Partners in support of business initiatives for the U.S. Liebherr companies and operating divisions. The position serves as an administrator for several human resources functions including workforce management, recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll, training, development, and employee records. The Human Resources Generalist I position is an entry-level human resources role responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. The position offers a strong foundation in core Human Resources functions and opportunities for professional growth and career development within Human Resources.

Pay Range: $61,000 - $68,000.
