Electric Plus, Inc is seeking a Human Resources Generalist who will provide hands-on support across core HR operations and be responsible for onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and compliance. The Human Resources (HR) Generalist reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer and provides hands‑on support across core HR operations for ECS’s workforce. This role coordinates day-to-day HR activities spanning onboarding and employee lifecycle transactions, HRIS data integrity and personnel records management, benefits and leave administration support, recruiting coordination, policy and employment law compliance, and employee relations support (including investigations as needed). The HR Generalist partners closely with the Payroll & Benefits Manager by ensuring timely and accurate HRIS/personnel transaction data and documentation required for payroll and benefits administration; however, this role does not process payroll or manage timekeeping.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education and experience). Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities listed.

Travel is generally required between ECS locations. Occasional travel may be required for training, cross-functional team meetings, and agency-wide events.
