Job summary

CFS is seeking an HR Generalist in Kern County for a full-time, onsite role. You will partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters, support employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and benefits programs while maintaining HR records and ensuring policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters.

• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Support benefits administration, leave management, and HR programs.
• Contribute to process improvements and other HR initiatives that support organizational goals.
