Job summary

Xecutive Recruitment Inc. is seeking a Human Resource Generalist for a multi-billion-dollar manufacturing company in the Livonia, MI area. You will manage benefits for hourly staff, support leadership on HR policy issues, and drive HR process improvements.

Responsibilities include PO processing, data entry, reporting, recruiting admin, and ADP payroll tasks. A Bachelor's degree and 3 years of HR Generalist experience are required.

• Collaborate with leadership to resolve routine and complex HR issues while aligning with plant needs.
• Evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures.
• Handle PO processing, data entry, reporting, and recruiting administration (interviews & screens).
• Payroll administration using ADP.

JOB DUTIES

• Administer benefits programs (vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, FMLA, short and long-term disability, tuition reimbursement, and employee assistance for hourly employees)
• Work with leadership to address and resolve routine and complex problems by applying policy knowledge and experience, facilitating problem solving, providing guidance and advice in a way that integrates with the Plant/business needs.
• Evaluates and recommends improvements to HR processes and procedures
• Purchase Order processing, data entry, reporting, recruiting administration (scheduling interviews and phone screens
• Payroll Administrator (ADP)

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3 years of experience in a Human Resource Generalist or related role
