Position Overview
The HR Generalist – Gulf provides full-cycle HR support to Bigge Crane and Rigging's workforce across the Gulf Coast region, based in Houston. This role partners with leadership on employee relations, policy interpretation and compliance, onboarding/offboarding, and workforce planning, serving as the primary point of contact for HR matters in the region. This is a new position created to establish dedicated HR coverage for the Gulf Coast as Bigge's footprint in the region grows.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment
Primarily office-based, with some travel to other branches. Must be able to safely navigate industrial work environments and comply with site-specific safety requirements, including use of personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
