Ironside HR, an on-site HR Generalist role in Helena, MT, supports leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle and HR operations.

The responsibilities include interpreting HR policies, handling terminations and exit interviews, guiding onboarding to offboarding, analyzing data for process improvements, and acting as the primary liaison between HR and System business units.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of direct Employee Relations experience.
• Minimum 8 years HR Generalist or HR functional experience.
• Knowledge of state employment laws, collective bargaining, and complex HR compliance reporting.
• Familiarity with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
• Healthcare HR experience required (2 years).
• HR management experience required (2 years).

Ironside HR is hiring an on-site Human Resources Generalist in Helena, MT to support leaders and employees across the employee lifecycle and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR resource to leaders and employees by interpreting HR policies, procedures, and collective bargaining agreements
• Support voluntary and involuntary terminations, including conducting exit interviews
• Assist with key parts of the employee experience, from onboarding to offboarding
• Collect and analyze HR data to identify process improvements for HR policies, programs, and day-to-day operations
• Act as the primary liaison between HR and System business units

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years direct Employee Relations experience
• Minimum 8 years direct HR Generalist or other HR functional experience
• Knowledge of applicable state employment laws, collective bargaining, and complex HR compliance reporting, including:
  • Affirmative Action

• Familiarity with current Human Resource centers of excellence, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
• Healthcare HR experience: 2 years (required)
• Human resources management experience: 2 years (required)

Pay

• $81,000 - $109,000 per year
