Forest View Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our HR Team. You will assist in recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies and performance management to support facility goals.

You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and provide professional level support to the HR Director to achieve department objectives and sustain high-quality care for patients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required. PHR, SPHR, or SHRM/other HR related certification is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years HR Generalist experience. Experience in Healthcare or Behavioral Health is preferred.

Forest View Hospital, located just seven miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a private 108-bed psychiatric facility that serves children, adolescents and adults.

The Human Resources Generalist assists in multiple areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies, and performance management. This role also helps ensure departmental compliance with facility, legal, and regulatory requirements and provides professional level support to the HR Director in meeting the facility and department goals and objectives.
