Forest View Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support our HR team. The role covers recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies, and performance management to help achieve site goals.

You will ensure regulatory and facility compliance and provide professional support to the HR Director in meeting department objectives. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to work in a behavioral health-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM/other HR related certification is preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years HR Generalist experience.
• Experience in Healthcare or Behavioral Health is preferred.

Forest View Hospital is seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our HR Team! Forest View Hospital, located just seven miles southeast of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan, is a private 108 bed psychiatric facility that serves children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Generalist assists in multiple areas of HR including recruitment, employee relations, retention strategies, and performance management. This role also helps ensure departmental compliance with facility, legal, and regulatory requirements and provides professional level support to the HR Director in meeting the facility and department goals and objectives.
