I’m partnering with a growing organization in Fort Lauderdale (33323) that’s adding an experienced HR Generalist to support day‑to‑day HR operations and employee relations. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being in the details while partnering closely with leadership across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support and administer company‑wide HR policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Promote positive employee relations through clear communication, policy interpretation, and consistent practices.
• Partner with department leaders on recruiting, hiring, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including reporting insights to leadership.
• Support training programs, performance management, compensation processes, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain HR systems, employee files, and records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee timecards, PTO tracking, overtime, and payroll‑related changes including new hires, terminations, and pay updates.
• Assist with benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee transitions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and HR regulations.
• Prepare HR reports and support leadership with data and insights as needed.
