Lake Region Healthcare is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions and help create a positive, responsive experience for employees and leaders. From onboarding new employees and supporting leave management, to coordinating employee health requirements, workers’ compensation, HRIS transactions, benefits, compliance, and special projects, you'll have the opportunity to make an impact across the entire employee experience.
As a trusted resource to prospective and current employees, leaders, and the HR team, you'll be someone others can count on for accurate information, timely follow-through, professionalism, and discretion. Successful candidates are collaborative, believe in taking ownership, sharing ideas, solving problems and continuously looking for ways to make things better.
Duties include but are not limited to:
80 hours biweekly, shifts from 8am-4:30pm, Monday – Friday. This position is primarily on-site at our Business Services Center and on occasion may be required to work outside normal office hours or location.
Wage Range: $27.64-$35.48/hour. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications and internal equity considerations.
