Job summary

A prominent produce distributor is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support associates and leaders. This HR Generalist role involves handling employee relations, compliance with laws, and administering benefits. Qualifications

• 5+ years in employee relations and compliance for 500+ employees.

Are you a passionate HR professional with strong employee relations experience and a drive to make an impact? Join our growing team as an HR Generalist where you’ll support associates and leaders through thoughtful, fair, and compliant HR practices.

In this role, you’ll:

Serve as the first point of contact for associate concerns and manager support

Conduct workplace investigations and ensure compliance with employment laws

Administer benefits, FMLA, and ADA accommodations

Provide coaching on performance management and conflict resolution

Support employee engagement, analytics, and continuous improvement efforts

What you bring:

Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred

5+ years in employee relations and compliance for 500+ employees

️ Strong knowledge of ADA, FMLA, EEOC regulations, and HR best practices

Exceptional communication and coaching skills

Spanish fluency a plus!
