Advantage Technical is hiring a Human Resources Generalist in Auburn Hills, MI to support hourly union employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle employment processes, onboarding, and workforce analytics while collaborating with management and union reps.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 1+ year of HR experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Workday is preferred. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts may apply.

• Support administration of national and local collective bargaining agreements.

Now Hiring: Human Resources Generalist

Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Schedule: Variable shifts, including weekends

Build your HR experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your work directly supports employees and daily operations. We're seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to provide employment, labor relations, and workforce support for hourly union employees.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Human Resources or a related field preferred

Experience Requirements

• 1+ year of Human Resources or related experience preferred
• Previous office experience required
• Manufacturing, employment, or labor relations experience highly preferred
• Experience supporting union employees and collective bargaining environments is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Workday experience preferred
• Strong communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and follow-up skills
• Ability to analyze workforce data, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
