Job summary

2J Supply, a Rheem family company, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations onsite in Dayton, OH. This role reports to the HR Manager and will be essential for a smooth employee experience.

You will manage recruitment and onboarding, coordinate training and development, handle employee relations, and administer benefits, leave, payroll, and files while partnering with multiple departments to promote safety initiatives.

The Human Resources Generalist at 2J Supply provides day-to-day support in human resource functions, including recruitment and onboarding, training and development, and employee relations. In addition, the HR Generalist will be responsible for administrative duties on the HR team – benefits and leave administration, payroll, and employee files. The HRBP will work closely with numerous departments to drive safety initiatives and ensure that policies and processes are followed. This position will report to the Manager of Human Resources at 2J Supply.

This position will serve our 2J Supply business unit, located in Dayton, OH. This is an on-site position.
