AltaMed Health Services Corp. is seeking an HR Generalist to provide operational and administrative support within the Human Resources Business Services department. You will assist HR Business Partners, Sr.

HR Managers, and the Director on talent acquisition, employee relations, HR initiatives, orientation, training, and policies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or related field, at least 2 years in an HR generalist position, and Spanish/English bilingual abilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working within an HR generalist role is required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support within the Human Resources Business Services department and assist HRBPs, Sr. HR Managers, and the Director on various client group requests.
• Support talent acquisition, employee relations, HR initiatives, new employee orientation, training, and HR policies and procedures as needed.

Job Overview

The Human Resources Generalist provides operational and administrative support within the Human Resources Business Services department and assists Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs), Sr. HR Managers, and the Director, Human Resources–Business Services on various client group requests. These requests may consist of or are related to talent acquisition, employee relations, Human Resources initiatives to support business strategies, new employee orientation, training, and Human Resources policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working within an HR generalist role is required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Compensation

$68,640.00 - $84,448.47 annually
