Job summary

Diamonds Direct is seeking an HR professional focused on employee relations and project delivery. This hybrid role supports leaders and employees across multiple offices, driving investigations, coaching, and performance discussions to foster accountability and a positive culture.

The candidate will manage HR initiatives from planning through execution, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure consistent employment practices while staying current on employment law and HR best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee relations.
• Experience leading projects and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Outstanding communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on workplace issues, performance concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct employee investigations and resolve complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Coach leaders through performance management, corrective action, and difficult employee conversations.
• Help foster a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace culture.
• Support HR initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive projects and process improvements.
• Ensure projects stay on track and deliver measurable results.
• Ensure consistent application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
