We are seeking an HR Generalist to support recruiting, payroll, onboarding, and confidential HR activities within our Ohio-based operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources, recruiting, payroll administration, or a related administrative role.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A friendly, professional approach with the ability to support both employees and leadership.
• Comfort working with HRIS/payroll systems, Paycom or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support recruiting efforts, including posting positions, reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with the hiring process from start to finish.
• Provide payroll administration support by reviewing timekeeping information, maintaining accurate employee records, weekly payroll processing, and responding to payroll-related questions.
• Support onboarding and help new employees feel welcomed, informed, and prepared for success.
• Serve as a professional and confidential point of contact for employees and leaders regarding HR, payroll, and employment-related questions.
• Assist with employee records, HR communications, compliance documentation, and general HR administration.
• Contribute to a positive, people-focused workplace through clear communication, strong follow-through, and a helpful approach.

What You Will Do:
